A project for children and young people who have a caring responsibility at home, due to the health needs of someone they live with. The project provides services to ensure that young carers have access to the same opportunities and experiences that other children take for granted.

Age group: 8 to 18 years

Activities: Social activities that run throughout the year, weekends away and occasional longer holidays, advocacy, information, befriending and outreach.
