The Tokei Martial Arts and Fitness centre located just off Tooley Street has been an integral part of London Bridge for over 30 years. The centre offers a range of Fitness and Martial arts for both the local community and the surrounding businesses.
They are one of the few gymnasiums in London that offer natural daylight whilst you train, and there is a wide range of cardio vascular and resistance machines including free weights.
Tokei has a range of classes, arts and therapies such as Reflexology, Shiatsu and Acupuncture, to name a few which are also available at the centre.
We also offer Saunas for both Men and Women.
