Soon to celebrate its second birthday, the Up Market Community Charity Shop in Albion Street is well worth a visit. The staff are welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly and there are some fantastic bargains to be found amongst the wide range of quality merchandise. 

 

Just 5 minutes from Canada Water tube or Rotherhithe Overground station this unique community enterprise with its regularly changing themed window displays is an Aladdin’s Cave with something to tempt everyone.    

 

The profits from the shop are used for community outreach work via the four local churches, namely The Finnish, Norwegian, Catholic and Anglican, who are all members of the shop’s management board.
