True to Hawksmoor form, the Borough branch's philosophy stems from an enduring endeavour to serve the perfect steak. The menu revolves around the best ingredients they can find - whether it be beef from grass-fed native cattle, sustainable seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables or great British cheeses.
