The Executive Team
Our small, dedicated Executive Team manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Improvement District (BID) under the name Team London Bridge, and provide a useful point of contact for help and advice for businesses operating within the business district.

Nadia Broccardo
Chief Executive
Nadia, who joined the Team in August 2007, is committed to this dynamic team ensuring excellent delivery of quality, high profile services and projects to the world class London Bridge Business community. She moved from South Africa where she had been managing BIDs in Johannesburg. Nadia believes that for the business community to make a difference to the area in which they operate there is no better way than through the BID process.
Along with the Team London Bridge Board she will ensure the levies that local businesses contribute will be well managed and benefit the community directly.

Sofia Alexandrache
Responsible Business and Events Manager
Sofia joined the team in April 2016 and is responsible for TLB's Responsible Business and Creating Connections services. This includes helping businesses develop partnerships with local community groups, managing the Responsible Business Alliance, the Building Bridges, Communities and Futures grants, and running a full calendar of events such as Love Lunch and London Bridge Community Christmas.Sofia previously worked in the charity and social enterprise sectors, with extensive experience of developing and managing youth and community programmes, where she got businesses to be actively involved.
Ellie Beedham Arts Director
Ellie joined Team London Bridge in March 2018. She is a former Events and Enlivenment Project Manager at King's Cross and is responsible for programming and delivering cultural projects and events in the London Bridge area.
Ellie is a specialist in bringing together arts organisations to spearhead change through innovative programmes. Over the last 25 years she has been involved in a wide range of pioneering projects including working on Lumiere London 2018; the Islington International Festival; Vintage Car Boot Fair at King’s Cross, Magnum’s 70th anniversary exhibition with Photo London; and performances for the reopening of the Southbank Centre. Donald CampbellHead of Marketing and Communications
Don has experience of marketing a variety of regions and places of interest. He joined the team in 2006 to develop London Bridge as a destination; attracting inward investment and visitors to the area while promoting services to local employees.

Henry Johnstone
Business and Operations Manager
As Business and Operations Manager Henry is responsible for building relationships with our businesses and delivering our greening, security & resilience, street cleaning and recycling services.
He joined the team in 2012 as part of a ‘Knowledge Transfer Collaboration’ between Team London Bridge and London South Bank University to develop a regeneration proposal for the area's Victorian Railway viaduct - work which now forms part of the wider Low Line project.
Jack Skillen
Placeshaping Director
Jack joined Team London Bridge in 2016 having previously been Living Streets' London Director. He brings his experience of bringing about change in streets and spaces to make them better for walking – but also for sitting, passing time, spending money and being part of a strong community.
Jack will need to work closely with stakeholders to achieve the placeshaping strategy – including transforming and connecting local streets and spaces, regenerating the railway arches (the Low Line) and pushing the green agenda.
Marketing Manager
Lucinda joined the team in April 2016 to
assist Head of Marketing and Communications, Don, with the team’s marketing services. With
previous experience in the Retail Marketing sector and Graphic Design, she
hopes to help establish the branding of Team London Bridge and the London
Bridge Revealed campaign, in addition to supporting levy payers through
attracting visitors to the area and promoting services to local employees.

Lena Lindsay
Business Administrator Apprentice
Lena is the newest
member of Team London Bridge, joining as a Business Administrator Apprentice
(Level 3). Her responsibilities will gradually include managing the good usage
of our London Bridge Hive, providing support with the events that TLB run and general
administration support for the team, ensuring efficient running of all the
organisation in busy and dynamic environments.
Having recently graduated college, she started
to seek a career change after exploring the fashion industry. Her well-rounded
experience also comes from various volunteering and extra-curricular programmes such as Prince’s Trust, National Citizen Service and Jack Petchey Award.
