Building Communities Fund

The Building Communities Fund (previously named the Small Grants Fund) is delivered via the Team London Bridge BID levy. The grant consists of an annual pot dedicated to supporting local events, youth projects, residents’ activities and general community programmes. The funding allocation has been in existence for over 10 years and recognises the important need to invest in community infrastructure in the borough of Southwark, predominantly the north.

The beneficiaries can belong to any age groups, and ideally the majority must live in SE1, SE16 or SE17. Funded projects must also work in accordance with Team London Bridge's aim of supporting and promoting sustainable community places.

Applications for 2019/20 are now CLOSED.
