London Bridge Open Kitchen 2018 celebrates the area's thriving culinary scene

The annual London Bridge Open Kitchen festival returned this June, celebrating the area's flourishing food and drink scene. For the first time, the event stretched over 2 days, with a fantastic array of local chefs and mixologists out in force to serve up their creations street-food style in front of the new London Bridge Station.

LBOK visitors were treated to dishes from the likes of Tom Simmons, Londrino, Aqua Shard and Santo Remedio, with Prosecco House (new to the One Tower Bridge development) keeping crowds hydrated alongside local brewers Hiver, Small Beer Brew Co. and Fourpure. The festival proved to be a great opportunity for local businesses to give a new audience a taste of what they're about, with thousands of foodies descending on the Friday and Saturday.

If you missed out on this year's festival, then you can download  The London Bridge Open Kitchen Cookbook  for recipes from #LBOK18 traders and more.

A huge thank you to all the restaurants, bars, retailers and entertainers who took part in London Bridge Open Kitchen 2018.

See you next year!
